The Conversational User Interface (CUI) is through the mobile app called Df2020 Viewer, which records the scripted conversation for feedback, distribution, measurement and analytics. The CUI simplifies deeper conversations for self-service and self-sufficiency or just for fun.

CREATE YOUR CHATBOT SCRIPT
Df2020 Author enables you to map, write and test your Chatbot conversation. The map enables you to determine the conversational Choices, Pathways and Outcomes. Within each step of the map is the scripted narrative for the dialogue. There is a CUI test tool within the app to assess the Chatbot conversation.

LAUNCH YOUR CHATBOT
Once the Chatbot script is complete you can publish and invite others to interact with your Chatbot through the Df2020 Viewer app.

IMPROVE YOUR CHATBOT
DF2020 Author automatically receives likes / dislikes and comments from Chatbot users. The author is able to make changes and republish. The automated distribution ensures your Chatbot has the latest conversation script.

LINK YOUR CHATBOT
Df2020 Author enables you to create multiple Chatbots and seamlessly handover from one Chatbot to another. Within the narrative you can also link each step to other content such as a video or picture thus enriching your conversational experience.
